Nutritional Therapy
A balanced nutrition is essential for good health. It can help improve your health, energy and wellbeing by rebalancing your body’s systems.
In my experience, working with people with different conditions, small changes to the diet and lifestyle sometimes is sufficient to make a difference to their health and wellbeing.
There are many factors that influence your physical, mental and emotional health so during a consultation we will be looking at different factors like diet, sleep, relaxation, environment, toxic exposure, exercise and stress.
Nutritional Consultation
Prior to your consultation a Body scan form and a Diet and lifestyle dairy will be emailed to you.
In your consultation I will review your symptoms, diet and lifestyle with the aim to understand your health condition. We will look at your diet and lifestyle dairy together and see how it may be contributing to your present symptoms. I will explain to you what I think could be the contributory factors to your health concerns and what you can do to help alleviate or overcome them. I will give you recommendations on diet and lifestyle and if necessary recommend certain supplements.
My aim is not only to make recommendations for now but to teach and give you tools for you to take away to use in the future to keep healthy.
Nutritional therapy can help you to address the following:

- I normally combine Reflexology with Nutritional consultation as I find that a reflexology session can give me an insight into the areas of imbalance that could be affecting the health state of the person.
