Specialising in Reflexology, Reflexology for fertility and pregnancy, Nutritional therapy, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles with 18 years experience in complementary therapies.
The aim of my treatments is to help people deal with their physical, mental and emotional problems. The therapies I offer, individually or combined, stimulate the inner healing processes and leave you with a feeling of tranquility and well being.
I believe stress is one of the major factors in causing illness. Therefore I aspire to give my clients a space where they can deeply relax, let go of the stresses of life and have that special Me time.
A balanced nutrition is essential for good health and wellbeing. A nutritional consultation can be invaluable in addressing the causes of your condition and speeding your healing processes.
These therapies individually or in conjunction may help in the treatment of many conditions.
If you are experiencing conditions such as low fertility, menstrual disorders,pregnancy problems, digestive problems, long term debilitating illness, disabling neurological conditions, disturbed sleep, back pain, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, blocked ears, sinus problems, or just feeling under stress, then please feel free to contact me, as I may very well be able to help.
My practice is based in Brighton, which is easily accessible from Hove, Shoreham, Lewes, Hassocks, Newhaven and the surrounding Sussex area. I also work from a clinic in Hove and do home visits if required.
